Stacks Sandwiches was a small shop located at the corner of N. Winooski and Pearl Streets in Burlington. We specialized in slow roasted meats and regional sandwiches from around the country. Jodi grew up outside of Philly, so the Italian is designed to be authentic, with a soft hoagie roll, thinly shredded iceberg and onions, finished with a splash of red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and dried oregano.
The Cuban is rubbed with a mixture of spices, stuffed with pickles and ham, then rolled and slow roasted.
Joining the group will be a delicious Porchetta in the true Italian style, with fresh herbs, fennel, and broccoli rabe.
