Rustic, traditional, European-style bread, slowly fermented for optimal health and authentic flavor.

All breads are made with 100% organic flour, locally sourced from Meunerie Milanaise, in Milan, Quebec, as well as from King Arthur Flour. Absolutely no artificial anything, and no sugars or sweeteners added.

Jalapeño Cheddar

Spicy jalapeños and Vermont’s Cabot Sharp Cheddar cheese combine in a light bodied bread.

Ingredients:  Unbleached wheat flour, water, cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers, yeast, salt.

Kalamata Olive

The saltiness of whole black Kalamata olives balance deliciously with the light and flaky body of this delightful bread!  Amazing with cheese and a glass of your favorite wine.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, Kalamata olives, yeast, salt.

Seven Grain

A full-bodied, yet surprisingly light, healthy and flavorful bread textured with whole grains and flax seeds.   Made with our natural sourdough starter.  Sandwich loaf, available sliced or unsliced.  Makes incredible toast. Also available as rolls.

Ingredients:  Unbleached wheat flour,  stone-ground whole wheat flour,  water, organic grain mix (organic rye, wheat, oats, barley, corn, millet, & flax), salt.

Country French Sourdough

A traditional French “Farmhouse Bread,” with a distinct rich, levain (sourdough) flavor.

Ingredients:  Unbleached wheat flour,  stone-ground whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, water, salt.
